SHIPPING POLICY

Enjoy Free Shipping Across New Zealand for Orders Over $100.

For orders less than $100, a shipping fee of $7.50 is applied.

We utilize NZ Courier Post's tracked service to ensure your parcels are delivered both safely and promptly. Most orders are expected to arrive within 2 working days from the shipping date. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed before 10 am from Monday to Friday are generally dispatched on the same day.

Orders received after 10 am, during weekends, or on public holidays will be prepared and dispatched on the next business day.

Dispatch times are typically at 10 am from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For rural deliveries, please allow an extra day for your order to reach you.

MISSING ORDERS

In the event of a missing order, please be aware that ADVENTO is not liable once the order has been confirmed as delivered by the courier. For any issues, kindly contact the courier company directly with your tracking details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Notification of Return: Customers intending to return a product must inform us within 30 days of receipt. We will then provide further instructions, including the return address.

Conditions for Returned Items:

Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale at the original retail price, including their original packaging.
Items should be unused, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Exceptions for Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs):

Due to their specific nature and registration requirements, PLBs are not returnable if you change your mind.
Each PLB is registered to an individual, complicating resale due to safety and legal reasons.
Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued minus any applicable courier, packaging, and credit card transaction fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Non-Refundable Items:

Products that are used, altered, or have damaged packaging that prevents resale at the original price are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
